By downloading our mobile application, ordering via our website or WhatsApp hotline, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & User Accounts

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. When registering an account using your mobile phone number, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current delivery address and contact information.
  • Keep your login OTPs confidential.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Services & Ordering

Palaksh Cuisines offers:

  • Instant Food Orders: On-demand freshly prepared dishes, sandwiches, parathas, and breakfast specials delivered within estimated delivery times.
  • Daily Tiffin Subscriptions: Scheduled recurring meal services (launching next month).

3. Pricing, Taxes & Cashfree Payments

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our menu are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment Processing: We partner with Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. to ensure secure digital transactions (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
  • No Hidden Surcharges: We do not levy undisclosed payment surcharges on standard orders.

4. Delivery & Serviceability

  • Delivery Areas: We actively deliver across Sector 6, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, and surrounding Delhi NCR sectors.
  • Handover: Customers must ensure availability at the provided delivery address to receive the hot food package.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund guidelines are detailed in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Approved refunds are credited to the customer's source account within 5 to 7 business days via Cashfree Payments.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
